Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Capsolutes (capsolutes.com), operated by AI Venture Holdings LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Service Description

Capsolutes is an AI-powered film greenlight analysis platform. We provide script scoring, box office predictions, talent and package analysis, and comparable title research to help studios and filmmakers make data-informed production decisions.

Account Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Subscription & Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Free trial periods, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless canceled.

Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to scripts, synopses, and other content you upload to Capsolutes. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing our analysis services. We do not claim ownership of your creative works. The Capsolutes platform, its design, code, models, and branding are the exclusive property of AI Venture Holdings LLC.

AI Analysis Disclaimer

All AI-generated analyses, predictions, and recommendations provided by Capsolutes are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Box office predictions are probabilistic estimates based on historical data and machine learning models; actual results may vary significantly. You should not rely solely on Capsolutes output when making production, investment, or business decisions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Venture Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform for unlawful purposes. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Capsolutes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
