Information We Collect

  • Account information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account via Supabase Auth.
  • Uploaded content: Scripts, synopses, and project metadata you submit for analysis.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device/browser information collected automatically.
  • Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Capsolutes platform.
  • Generate AI-powered script analysis and box office predictions.
  • Process subscription payments and manage your account.
  • Send transactional emails such as receipts, alerts, and service updates.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Uploaded Documents

Scripts, pitch decks, and other documents you upload are sent to OpenAI's API solely to generate your analysis report. We do not use your uploaded content to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model — ours or any third party's. Enterprise customers may enable automatic document purging, which deletes all uploaded files and extracted text immediately after analysis is complete.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with row-level security enabled on all tables. Our application is deployed on Vercel with encrypted connections (TLS) for all data in transit. We implement industry-standard access controls and regularly review our security posture. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

  • OpenAI:Script content is sent to OpenAI's API for AI-powered analysis. Data sent to OpenAI is subject to their usage policies. We do not use your content to train third-party models.
  • Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Your billing information is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase Auth: Manages user authentication and session management via cookie-based sessions.
  • Vercel: Hosts our application and processes server-side requests.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Export your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.
